Do you provide customer support?

We currently do not offer customer support with regards to solving the cases. If you are having technical difficulties (e.g., file download link not working, etc.) please send an email via the Contact page for help.

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refund at this point.

How are payments handled?

We use Paypal to handle all payment processing, we do not have access to your payment information.

Are the cases real?

Yes, every case is administered by the firm indexed. Case study answers (if available) are modeled by us and for reference only.
